Lyngby Gentofte Gymnastik – Team LG Mix

is a team which have great fun being together and which value team spirit.

They participated in L2022, DGI Sport and Culture Festival in Svendborg, Denmark.

(Also known as Landsstævnet)

The team practices once a week in Kildeskovshallen, Gentofte, Denmark

Members: 20 gymnasts (12 dancers and 8 tumblers)

Coach: Amanda Virklund is headcoach. She is in charge of the performance, creates the choreographs and trains the dancers weekly. The tumblers have created their own tumbling concept together and are in charge of their own tumbling practice.

We were scheduled to perform on Friday at Landsstævnet, where it rained all day. This meant that we couldn’t use any of the tumbling equipment, because it was too slippery. So we performed without the tumbling elements.

Luckily we were allowed to get another chance the next day. This time the sun was shinning so much, that we had to wear wet sox on the performance floor, so our feet didn’t get burnt. But, the performance went very well and we had a blast performing at Landsstævnet 2022 – hope you’ll enjoy the video above! 🙂
